     The new series of 100V grooved Schottky rectifier diodes incorporates advanced grooved technology that reduces the forward voltage drop while the diode is on, while reducing the reverse recovery time. This increase in performance can lead to higher system efficiency, especially in high frequency switching applications such as switching power supplies, ADXL213AE inverters, DC-DC converters, solar inverters and electric vehicle charging systems.

     Schottky diodes are favored for their fast switching speed and low forward voltage drop.
